Boys: Lumberton 47  Picayune 43

Jeremy Holder scored 20 points and pulled down 17 rebounds to lead Lumberton to a 47-43 win over Picayune Tuesday night at

Kelly Wise Gymnasium.  Holder, a 6-4 200 pounder is headed to Delta State University to play football but might be a possible

basketball player for the Statesmen as well based on his performances in the past week. 

Donairies Hair led the Tide with 10 points. Tony Foster added 9 points and Jarvis Dantzler had 8 for the Tide.  The Tide once

again suffered from poor free throw shooting as they missed their last 7 attempts in the game, 4 of which came in the final minute

of the game.  The Tide will travel to Hattiesburg on Friday to play for the Division 5-5A regular season title and the number one

seed for the upcoming Division tournament.

Girls: Picayune 76  Lumberton 36

The Lady Tide jumped out to a 47-13 halftime advantage and coasted to victory. Dedrea Magee had a career night for

the Lady Tide with 29 points.  Jamelle Clark added 13 points and Breonne Spikes scored 12 for the Lady Tide.
