Lady Tide declaws Hattiesburg 16-0

Picayune scored 11 runs in the 1st inning taking advantage of 6 walks,

three errors and a three run double by Cassie Rabion and never looked

back on their way to a 16-0 declawing of the Hattiesburg Lady Tigers in

Hattiesburg.

Multiple hitters for the Tide were Cassie Rabion, Kellye Bolar, Allison

Bynum, Katie Kent, and Tara Dunn. Extra base hits were Coutney Dickens

with a triple and Rabion with a double.

Kasey Mitchell was the winning pitcher fanning six batters, walking two

and allowing only two hits.


The Lady Tide (3-2) will be back in action when they host Hattiesburg

in their home opener on Thursday.
