Pinero, Taggard, Dudenhefer sign National Letters of Intent

Head Coach Kristi Mitchell announced today that three (3) members of her team have signed National

Letters of Intent to continue their fast pitch careers after the upcoming 2017 seasons.

Alyssa Pinero and Elizabeth Taggard are headed to Pearl River Community College and Megan

Dudenhefer inked with Lousiana State University-Eunice (LSUE).

In 2016, Pinero hit .289 with 11 RBIs and 6 doubles.  Pinero is also known

for her defensive prowess and game instintcs.


Taggard led Picayune in hitting with a .391 average at the plate with 15 RBIs,

8 doubles, 1 triple, and 2 HRs.



Dudenhefer is a dual threat with a sparking 1.19 ERA in the circle and a

batting average of .352 and 14 RBIs.
