NJROTC participates in clean up project

Submitted by Chief Mark Thorman

Several Picayune NJROTC cadets participated in a community service project, Picayune Clean Up day, and helped to clean

up the streets leading to the Picayune Ball Parks. Working in the rain, they removed all glass bottles and litter from the ditches

and sides of the streets, gathering a total of twenty-five garbage bags, and helped to make the community a cleaner and more

earth- friendly place.
