NJROTC marches in Martin Luther King Parade

On January 19, 2009, Picayune's NJROTC had the privilege of marching in their first Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade

in celebration of what would have been his 80th birthday.   Picayune NJROTC also donated a 40 year anniversary

flag picturing Martin Luther King Jr. with a quote at the bottom stating, "Yesterday's dream. Tomorrow's reality.",

to Pleasant Valley Baptist Church of Picayune, MS.
