Picayune NJROTC ranks number one in the Tri-State Area

Picayune's NJROTC won first place in the Tri-state area (Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida).

As a result of their superior performance in Color Guard, they have been ranked the number 1 Color Guard in the NJROTC

Area 8 Region.

Also during the summer of 2008, the PMHS NJROTC Color Guard was selected to perform at the Arena

Bowl XXII National competition in New Orleans.
