The cadets from Picayune NJROTC participated in the Covington Athletic day on September 30, 2006.
They competed in many events such as softball, volelyball, curl-ups, standing broad jump, 400m run, and
knock out drills.
Another event was the knock out drill
which is where all cadets from every school space
themselves out and commander gives commands at many rates and the object is
to test the
cadets blind obidience.
Cadet Jackson won first place over-all in the knock out drill which is a big
accomplishment.
