Summer Camp 2006

While other PMHS students are spending the summer sleeping in and just relaxing, several Picayune NJROTC

cadets are getting up at 4am to exercise, shower, make their bed, brush their teeth, organize their locker space

to specification (all in ten minutes) and attended classes in leadership and teamwork.

Only the best of the best get the opportunity to travel to NAS Meridian, Ms. for this annual event sponsored by the

US Navy.  Picayune NJROTC cadets graduated with superior honors and were recognized at the final ceremony

on June 24.

Chief Thorman was hand selected from 128 Naval Science instructors to instruct at this prestigious camp.
