NJROTC puts up flags for Labor Day

Picayune NJROTC cadets along with Chief Mark Thorman and Mr. Kevin Smith met early in the morning and rode

in the back of trucks to put up the flags for display on Goodyear Boulevard for the Labor day holiday weekend.
