Picayune takes both games with Pass Christian

The Lady Tide improved their record and district standing

with a win over Pass Christian on Tuesday night.

The Lady Tide (10-4-2) went up 1-0 in the first half on a

goal from junior Breeana Fortenberry. Freshman

Megan Maximo made the score 2-0 on a beautiful header

for the Lady Tide. Freshman Mallorie Mixon

scored on a corner kick from Ana Lee to put the Lady

Tide up 3-0. The final score of the game came from

Lee.

The Lady Tide will be back in district action tonight

(Thursday) as they travel to Long Beach.

The Maroon Tide men defeated Pass Christian by a

score of 9-0. Britton Fortenberry led the scoring for

the Tide with 4 goals and 2 assists. Irving Gonzalez

added 2 goals for the Tide. Joe Burrage, Pedro Nogueira,

and Nick Riso each added a goal for the Tide.
